This 1-Year Use License grants the Licensee full non-exclusive rights for one year to use That Day is Gonna Come by Jason Crimmel (p/k/a Jace Crimmel) across all media formats. This includes television, film, radio, digital and print advertising, streaming platforms, live events, political campaigns, rallies, and public appearances. The license covers unlimited usage for the duration of the one-year term.

This license applies to the song and/or lyrics only. It does not grant rights to Jace Crimmel’s name, image, voice, likeness, persona, or personal endorsement. The work may not be claimed as the creation of the Licensee. Where industry practice calls for credit (e.g., film/TV credits, soundtrack listings), attribution must be given to: “Written and Performed by Jace Crimmel.”

Delivery & Payment
